The term "espalier," a French word, derives from the Italian "spalliera" which describes a support mechanism.
Likewise, at Espalier, we craft designs that support their natural environments, and serve as the foundation from which proper function originates and complementary aesthetics flourish.
ESPALIER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SUPPORTS BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS WITH DESIGNS THAT INTEGRATE PURPOSE, FUNCTION AND AESTHETICS.
Founded by Joe Comer, ASLA, Espalier Landscape Architecture is a private landscape architecture firm based in Fairhope, Ala., that features a diverse portfolio of residential gardens and hardscapes, retail/shopping and commercial developments, park planning and design, sports fields and institutional projects.
