Espalier worked with the owner to transform a historic building in downtown Fairhope into a new bank building. Services provided were landscape design, irrigation design, fencing design, site furnishings, and paver walks and drive layout. Lighting layout was also provided to owners electrical engineer. Espalier also consulted on the protection and pruning of existing trees. An existing large old grove pecan tree was preserved and incorporated into the design. The combination of turf and pervious pavers in the front maintains the historical character while providing a space for the bank to entertain
clients during local parades and street events.
